In this class, we dedicate our time to thoroughly exploring how to effectively engage your core muscles. This focus will hopefully help demystify the intricate connection between breath and core engagement.

Once we develop a solid understanding of our core, we can significantly improve our ability to engage our lower body.

After all, all movement is interconnected, and it is important to note that the glute/core relationship is essential for overall stability and strength.
