Upper Body & Back
A recorded version of the Upper Body & Back virtual class held on Mondays @ 9:30am PST.
Class is structured into three main parts:
a warm-up that utilizes only bodyweight exercises to prepare your muscles
followed by banded exercises that add resistance
concluding with a dedicated dumbbell workout aimed at building strength in the upper body.
Props needed: Light Long Loop Resistance Band & Light, Medium & Heavy DBs (5s, 8s, 12s).
