Meet the Creator

& Coach

is a dance educator, personal trainer, and performer with a BFA in Modern Dance from the University of the Arts.

She holds certifications in Yoga, Pilates, Ballroom, Barre, Emotional Regulation, Injury Prevention, and Trauma Informed Practices.

Recognizing that the physical & the emotional are interconected, Jill prioritizes creating a safe place to discover the joys of movement and build introception along with strength. Empowering you to build the body thats best for you, through balancing intensity and self compassion.
