Sometimes it’s nice to leave more space for the music to guide your practice. Limit the thinking & talking, focus on the feeling & beat.

This workout was an improvisation where the music, breath, and rhythm, music lead the movements. Keep in mind that most often movements will move through 4 beats of music. An inhale will last 4 beats, and an exhale will last 4 beats.

Focus on feeling your body stretch as you move.
