


Intro Offer
Two 30-minute sessions to acquaint ourselves with one another and to get you comfortable with dancing or training through a virtual platform.
The first session we will mainly talk, set up tech, and do a little movement assesment. Then we will explore some movement patterns, exercieses, or choreography created for your personal goals in the second session.
This allows us to work through any potential issues a few times before kicking off a full hour of training.
