By combining a variety of stretching, breath work, and myofascial release techniques, this low intensity class will help you slow down, release tension, and begin to allow the body to rest & repair. Although the class is about resting in to poses, it also works to train the mind to find calm admist the chaos. Most similar to Yin Yoga.

Here we use bodyweight exercises, tempo, repetition, and focus on muscle control, to get your heart pumping, your body sweating, and your mind energized. For the seasoned dancer or those new to the world of movement, this class will push you to your limits and leave you feeling empowered! Most similar to a center dance warm up.

Welcome to your interval workout that combines the power of bands and dumbbells for a comprehensive cardio and strength-focused routine. During this short class, we do a series of intense cross-training moves with bursts of aerobic activity and sculpt your body with precision and alignment as our top priorities. Most similar to an interval workout class.

This low intensity class is for those who are looking to improve their body function, workout, and feel accomplished… and want to do so mindfully. Most stimilar to a dance warm up with pilates props.

Work off that Sunday brunch or train for an obstacle course race in this unique class designed around the intricate beauty of human anatomy. A blend of barre, pilates, climbing, and calisthenics set to a playlist keep the class moving and you sweating. Stall bars and resistance bands required. A Bridge Movmevent original.
