Join Saturday classes to help you show up and get it done! Train in real time with Jill for motivation & modifications, as well as corny jokes and sing alongs.

Private Sessions
Looking for more individualized attention?
Private virtual sessions can offer you comparable individualized- real time coaching to in person sessions, and it enhances your ability to understand and self correct the alignment or exercise.
Great for small groups or far away friends!
